My Story

I want to be honest with you.

I've spent nearly two decades in HR. I've built people functions from scratch, navigated complex organizational dynamics, shaped culture, and held space for hundreds of employees and leaders going through some of the hardest moments of their careers.

And I did most of it with limited space being held for me.

HR professionals are expected to be the most human people in the room — and somehow also the least in need of support.

That tension is real. The loneliness of the function is real. The slow erosion that happens when you spend years giving what you haven’t been given — that’s real too. That's the part nobody talks about.

I built Unfold Coaching because I wanted to create what I wish had existed for me: a place where HR professionals could simply be. Where the process of becoming isn’t rushed or measured or handed back to you as a report. Where you get to tell the story of who you are, on your own terms, honestly, and be witnessed in it.

 You don't have to be in crisis to need this. You just have to be ready to give yourself permission to be centered in your own story.

That's what this is for.

I believe each of us has the full capacity to direct our own self-discovery. You don’t need an instrument to tell you who you are. You need a container — safe, spacious, unhurried — where you can tell yourself.

 At Unfold Coaching, that container is what I build. Inside it, I use a healing-centered framework that doesn’t start with what’s wrong. It starts with what’s true. It surfaces the limiting beliefs that have been quietly running your decisions — and creates the conditions for you to move forward.

 I also bring something that can’t be taught in a coaching program: real life experience doing this work also.

In my coaching approach, I make space for being. The sacred pause. The moment of rest. The permission to simply exist before you decide what comes next. I create the conditions for you to hear your own voice.
