I know what it is to be in the middle of a change and not yet know what comes next.
And I built Unfold Coaching because I needed it to exist.
I spent nearly twenty years leading people and culture inside organizations. I built teams from scratch, shaped culture, and sat with hundreds of people at the turning points of their careers. I watched what happens when someone gets real time and a real thinking partner at exactly the right moment. They find their footing. They make the move.
I’ve had those moments myself. The ones where a career opens up a new question and you get to decide what to do with it. Coaching gave me a place to think clearly about my own answers, and it changed how I moved through everything that came after.
Unfold Coaching is my way of offering that to other people. A place to hear yourself think and decide what comes next. On your own terms.
Why I do this
I believe each of us has the full capacity to direct our own self-discovery. You don’t need an instrument to tell you who you are. You need a container, safe, spacious, and unhurried, where you can tell yourself.
At Unfold Coaching, that container is what I build. Inside it, I use a healing-centered framework that doesn’t start with what’s wrong. It starts with what’s true. It surfaces the limiting beliefs that have been quietly running your decisions and creates the conditions for you to move forward.
I also bring something that can’t be taught in a coaching program: twenty years of real life experience doing this work.
In my coaching approach, I make space for being. The pause. The moment of rest. The permission to simply exist before you decide what comes next. I create the conditions for you to hear your own voice.

People in transition. Between roles, leaving one, or stepping into something new.
People designing a career that works for their actual life, not the one they were told to want.
People who have spent years holding everyone else together and have lost track of what they want for themselves.
HR and people leaders will always have a home here. I know that seat from the inside. But you don’t have to work in HR to work with me.
